Changed your mind? Ink smudged your vibe? Don’t sweat it—we’ve got your back. At InkNomad, we believe temporary art shouldn’t come with permanent frustration. Here’s how we handle those rare times things go off-script.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your temporary tattoos, please contact our customer service team at sales@inknomad.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Each situation will be reviewed individually to provide the most suitable solution.
Send us:
- Your order number
- The products & quantity
- A quick note on why you’re requesting a refund
Photos help. If it’s an application fail or defect, we’ll need to see it.
We’ll review your request individually and figure out the best fix—credit, replacement, or refund.
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Sometimes ink lands weird. Sometimes it arrives funky. If that’s the case—we’ll swap it out, no stress.
If your tattoo arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Printed wrong (customs only)

We’ll sort you out with a replacement or credit ASAP.
Custom Tattoo Policy
Every custom tattoo is a mini masterpiece. Because it’s made just for you:
Custom tattoos can’t be returned or exchanged—unless they’re:
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival

The Fine Print
All refund/credit requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Orders over 90 days old = not eligible
We may deny refunds if there’s clear abuse of the policy
Application issues are handled case-by-case—send pics and we’ll take care of you
